History and achievements: Abacus Institute of Engineering and Management (AIEM), a joint venture of JIS Group and Techno India Group was established in 2008. The college is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT) and WBSCT&VE&SD all theprogrammes are approved by AICTE. As a well desired academic environment to impart high-end education in Engineering and Technology the Institute has strived to meet the growing needs of the industry. Established in Natungram (Magra, Hoogly), this institute equips students to accept challenges in the areas of Engineering and other niche areas of expertise. AIEM has always propagated ‘knowledge is power’ as their mantra to bring ground-breaking ideas and provide a rock solid foundation for learning. This institute offers Five major UG Engineering courses & three diploma courses with more than 60 highly qualified faculties, expertise with their valuable resources along with more than 50 non academic staff to cater the needs according to curricular relevance.
